The Establishment of the Production Management Information System for Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Enterprise information management system is the core of enterprise's transformation to lean manufacturing. With the continuous deepening of the informatization construction of my country's manufacturing industry, more and more enterprises are beginning to pay attention to the informatization management of the workshop level. The main functions of the stainless steel pipe fittings material management sub-system are introduced, and the deployment plan is conceptualized and logically designed. Then the project implementation results are summarized, and the login process of the stainless steel pipe fitting production management system and the initialization of the main interface and the realization plan of the material management sub-system are described in detail. The developed stainless steel pipe fittings material management sub-system is applied to the actual production of manufacturing enterprises, which can not only help establish a standardized management system, but also improve the level of production and operation of the enterprise. The research results of the thesis also have certain reference significance and use value for the production management of other industries.
