The audit strictly followed the Measures for Clean Production Audit and local implementation rules, covering the entire process including written material review, on-site process inspection, environmental protection index verification, comprehensive performance scoring, and public announcement. The expert review team conducted quantitative assessments on core indicators such as enterprise pollution reduction effectiveness, energy and resource utilization efficiency, and the depth of green transformation in production processes.
