Guangzhou Mayer Center Laboratory Obtained CNAS Accreditation Certificate

Recently, the Guangzhou Mayer Center Laboratory was awarded a laboratory accreditation certificate by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), which is a high recognition of our laboratory's testing capabilities by CNAS and evaluation experts. The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) is a national accreditation body approved and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, responsible for the recognition of certification bodies, laboratories, and inspection institutions. At present, China's national accreditation system for conformity assessment has been integrated into the international recognition and mutual recognition system, and plays an important role in the international recognition and mutual recognition system. According to APLAC_ MRC (Asia Pacific Experimental Accreditation Cooperation Organization Mutual Recognition Agreement) and ILAC_ MRC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization Mutual Recognition Agreement) is a laboratory recognized by CNAS, and the test report issued by the laboratory can be recognized by the national and regional accreditation institutions that sign the mutual recognition agreement.

Guangzhou Mayer Center Laboratory is an unincorporated organization established in 2021 based on our quality department. The laboratory currently has a space of 500 square meters and is a professional testing team composed of 13 employees, with testing capabilities covering over 20 projects. In the process of preparing to apply for the CNAS national laboratory, Mayer strictly controlled personnel allocation, hardware construction, system construction, formal operation, effective operation, internal audit, and management review, and adhered to the quality policy of "scientific, accurate, fair, and efficient", successfully implementing the project tasks perfectly. After nearly two years of effort, we have obtained approval from the China National Accreditation Commission for Conformity Assessment and issued a CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate. The registration number of the accreditation certificate is CNAS L18904, which can be found on the CNAS website's "List of Approved Institutions".

The Mayer Center Laboratory is equipped with over 20 advanced testing instruments from internationally renowned brands, mainly including electronic universal testing machines, Rockwell hardness testers, hydraulic vibration testing machines, hydraulic bending angle testing machines, and pressure impact testing machines. The scope of testing capabilities includes tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture, Rockwell hardness, salt spray corrosion, hydraulic vibration of stainless steel pipe fittings, hydraulic bending angle, and pressure impact (fluctuation) testing of metal materials. All testing projects adopt automated data systems, ensuring the accuracy of testing data, ensuring the quality of the company's products, providing strong support for sales services, and providing customers with safer and more reliable testing services.

The CNAS accreditation qualification plays an important role in the domestic and international accreditation system. Obtaining recognition means that the Guangzhou Mayer Center Laboratory meets the requirements of national accreditation standards in terms of hardware facilities, management level, and testing capabilities. The experimental data and testing reports have domestic and international authority, mutual recognition, and credibility.
