The reason why no gas is discharged from the exhaust hole of the pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valve. Recently, a company installed pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valves of different specifications on the site, and the operating conditions were the same. After the installation was completed, the air source was connected and the pressure was 4.5 kg. One of the pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valves did not act. Later, the air source pressure increased to 8 kg, but the valve still did not act. On-site technicians were puzzled. So I called the manufacturer for consultation. The manufacturer promptly sent technicians to the site to understand the situation and conduct tests. It was found that no gas was discharged from the vent hole when the gas source was input. The preliminary analysis was that the vent hole was blocked. Later, when the cylinder head was opened, it was found that there were foreign objects in the cylinder of the sanitary diaphragm. It turned out that the on-site personnel accidentally pushed the dust cover into the cylinder piston cavity during installation, and sealed the exhaust hole, which caused the gas to be unable to discharge and the piston was blocked. Dead, the valve does not move. Finally, the foreign body was taken out, and the valve worked normally. When selecting a pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valve, you must choose a high-quality manufacturer, and at the same time, operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual to avoid unnecessary failures. Pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valves are often used in our machinery industry, so what are the characteristics of our use of diaphragm valves?
