The influence of different feed rates and opening angles on the rolling force and the influence of the rotation angle on the deformation-induced movement of the pipe are discussed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the simulation results, reasonable process parameters are obtained, which provides a basis for parameter optimization. It can significantly improve the mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and surface quality of stainless steel pipe fittings.
