Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings Manufactured by Guangzhou Mayer
Applications of Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings:
1. Stainless steel elbows :
used to change the direction of pipelines, commonly applied in chemical, construction, petrochemical, water treatment and HVAC systems, with common angles including 45°, 90° and 180°.
2. Stainless steel tees:
used for branching or merging flow at pipeline junctions, available as straight tees and reducing tees, widely applied in petrochemical, chemical, electric power, marine, construction and pharmaceutical industries.
3. Stainless steel crosses:
used for collecting or distributing flow among four pipes, typically applied in complex industrial piping systems and water treatment equipment to connect four pipeline directions.
4. Stainless steel reducers:
used to connect two pipes of different diameters for diameter transition, commonly found in water supply and drainage, petrochemical and HVAC systems to regulate flow and pressure.
5. Stainless steel caps:
used to seal the ends of pipelines, providing sealing and pressure resistance, widely applied in pipeline sealing across petrochemical, nuclear power, food and pharmaceutical, shipbuilding and wastewater treatment industries.

6. Stainless steel flanges:
used to connect pipes to pipes or pipes to equipment, facilitating disassembly and maintenance, suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature or corrosive environments in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and machinery manufacturing industries.
7. Stainless steel threaded fittings:
connected via threads, suitable for small-diameter piping systems such as gas pipes, compressed air pipes and low-pressure steam pipes, widely used in petrochemical, food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
8. Stainless steel corrugated pipes:
lexible pressure-resistant fittings mainly used for displacement compensation, vibration reduction and sealing in piping systems, widely applied in liquid conveying systems, high-temperature pipelines and vibrating equipment connections.
