2025 Annual Work Summary Meeting

On the morning of January 30, Guangzhou Mayer Co., Ltd. convened its 2025 Annual Work Summary Meeting. Senior executives, subsidiary directors, and department heads attended the session to comprehensively review the year's accomplishments, systematically analyze both successes and shortcomings, identify challenges, and strategically plan for the upcoming year's objectives.


At the meeting, business leaders sequentially detailed the implementation progress of key tasks for 2025, including the advancement of major projects, growth in business metrics, and enhancement of innovation capabilities. Simultaneously, adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts, participants objectively analyzed existing shortcomings and deficiencies in current operations, and proposed targeted improvement plans along with future development strategies.

In her concluding remarks, General Manager Zhang Yana highlighted the company's remarkable performance, with total annual sales reaching 821 million yuan—114% of the annual budget target. She commended the management team for their outstanding achievements and outlined key priorities for 2026, aligning with both internal and external trends. Zhang stressed that by working in unison with unwavering commitment, a pragmatic approach, and decisive actions, the team could overcome challenges, break through growth bottlenecks, address weaknesses, and achieve higher-quality development and exceptional performance in 2026.


2026 Annual Target Signing Ceremony

The 2026 Annual Target Signing and Oath Ceremony was held in the afternoon. Deputy General Manager of Production, Mo Shaowen, delivered a speech emphasizing that every colleague is an indispensable warrior and every position serves as a stage to showcase value. Regarding production and R&D, he stressed that regardless of fast-paced schedules or tight deadlines, the bottom-line thinking of production safety must never be relaxed. For sales management, he urged full efforts to secure orders, optimize customer service, and inject dynamic momentum into the company's development through outstanding performance.

After repeated discussions by the entire leadership of Mayer, the total sales target for Guangzhou Mayer and its subsidiary companies in 2026 was set at 1.1 billion yuan, with a profit target of 80 million yuan.
