Simulation analysis of three-roll cold rolling of stainless steel pipe fittings
With the rapid development of science and technology, stainless steel pipe fittings are widely used in aviation, electronics, chemistry, atomic energy and other industries, and their quality requirements are getting higher and higher. Based on the forming characteristics of the LD three-high cold rolling mill and the principle of finite element, the large-scale nonlinear finite element simulation software MSC. Marc is used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the three-high cold rolling process of 302 stainless steel pipe fittings. The research results have certain guiding significance for actual production. . The influence of different process parameters such as feed rate, rotation angle, friction coefficient and opening angle on the rolling result is analyzed emphatically. The influence of different feed rates and opening angles on the rolling force and the influence of the rotation angle on the deformation-induced movement of the pipe are discussed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the simulation results, reasonable process parameters are obtained, which provides a basis for parameter optimization.
