Many people have stated this, so if you are of larger stature it will probably do well for you. It did score four out of five stars on Amazon but after searching through the reviews there are a few things that need to be addressed about this watch. Namely that it is a good looking watch but they are chrome plated and made in China although the internal parts are authentic. The watch will most likely start to show signs of wear after a few years. With that being said, one reviewer made it clear that the reduced price of this watch on Amazon is roughly what the watch is worth, so don't let the high price fool you. And if you have more expensive Invictas you might notice that it doesn't have the feel, or finish of Invictas better watches. So although the watch looks expensive it can be argued that it is rather cheaply made. For the price though, it's not really a bad watch. And there are many reviewers who will attest to this. Many people have purchased this watch for there husband/fiance and nearly everyone was stunned after taking it out of the gift box. It looks so much better than in the picture. If you are deciding on whether or not to buy this watch, the number of purchasers who absolutely love this watch could be a factor. One particular reviewer stated that they had purchased this watch nearly 6 months ago, and are very happy with their purchase. It's a fantastic watch for the price, it keeps time well. It's easy to read in light and dark environments, has a chronometer and keeps the day, but best of all is that it looks great. There were some people though who warned that it isn't so easy to read the time. This reviewer stated that like many Invicta products, the color design is flawed. The color of the hands and the face are so similar that it's hard to read the time. In addition to this, the hour numbers on the watch are the same color as the face and therefore hard to read. This same thing has been said more than once, so that is something to consider. The biggest possible issue for this watch however, is that more than a few consumers have had the actual day of the week hand simply fall of the clock and float around inside. Not only has this happened with the day hand, but also the minute and dial as well. The bottom line seems to be that it is a great looking watch but just isn't solidly built. And probably not even authentic Swiss craftsmanship either.
