In the respects of product-process inspection, our company is equipped with lots of perfective inspection instruments such as on-line eddy current flaw detector,optical spectrum analysers, metallographic analysis meter,tube expanding squash tester, tube stretching tester, hydraulic tester, air pressure tester, universal testing machine, fitting decay simulator group and so on.
Every piece of tubing ex-works must past on-line eddy current test as well as off-line water pressure test ( the pressure is about 25kg) by 100%; as for fittings, self-inspectionhas been conducted on every procedure of manufacturing and all the fittings should pass both high water pressure test and tightness test by 100%.
