Guangdong Radio and Television Station Direct Drinking Water Project Get "Benchmark" Evaluation from Supervision Department

2025-12-30

Recently, the Guangdong Radio and Television Station Pipeline Direct Drinking Water Project, invested, constructed, and operated by Mayer (Guangzhou) potable Water Technology Co.,Ltd., has officially obtained the 'Health Permit' (Yue Wei Shui Zheng Zi [2025] No.0104G00021) issued by the Yuexiu District Health Bureau of Guangzhou City. The scope of this permit is explicitly defined as 'operating pipeline water supply with quality differentiation (pure water).'

During the project construction phase, the Mayer team adhered to industry-leading standards throughout the entire construction process. From the initial planning and design of the server room layout, they strictly followed relevant regulations such as the "Technical Code for Direct Drinking Water Systems in Buildings and Residential Areas" and the "Hygienic Specifications for Quality-Differentiated Direct Drinking Water Systems." The entire water supply network was constructed using food-grade stainless steel pipes.

In terms of equipment and process design, the system was equipped with sand filters, carbon filters, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis dual-membrane deep treatment units, UV + ozone dual disinfection devices, and real-time online water quality monitoring terminals to ensure stable water quality compliance with the "Drinking Water Quality Standard" CJ94-2005.

Upon project completion, the Yuexiu District Health Bureau of Guangzhou dispatched professional regulatory enforcement officers to conduct a comprehensive and meticulous on-site inspection of the direct drinking water machine room. The inspection focused on multiple critical aspects, including the compliance and safety of equipment manufacturing materials, the stability and accuracy of operational parameters, the rationality and practicality of the machine room decoration, the thoroughness and effectiveness of hygiene protection measures, as well as the completeness and accuracy of water quality testing records.

Through rigorous on-site evaluation and comprehensive analysis, the machine room was unanimously rated as "the most standardized construction project encountered to date with the most advanced direct drinking water equipment configuration," fully demonstrating the high standards and stringent requirements in both design and implementation. Meanwhile, the Mayer team, with their professional construction techniques, strict standardized management, and efficient collaboration capabilities, showcased exceptional professionalism and a responsible attitude throughout the construction process, earning high praise and commendation from the Health Bureau.
