Cold rolling is the main method of cold processing of stainless steel pipe fittings, especially for the forming of high-precision thin-walled pipe fittings. According to the process parameters in the simulation calculation results, the experimental verification is carried out, and it is found that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The simulated and optimized process parameters are used to obtain good quality finished products in the experiment, and the research results can guide the rolling production of stainless steel pipe fittings. The analysis of the slub marks on the surface of the pipe fittings after rolling shows that optimizing the working section of the slide, such as lengthening the length of the sizing section and the chamfered cone section, can effectively avoid the appearance of slub marks on the pipe fittings. At the same time, the reasons for the rolling defects formed by the lugs in the pipe rolling process are analyzed, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. Simulation can effectively predict and avoid defects.
