The analysis of the slub marks on the surface of the pipe fittings after rolling shows that optimizing the working section of the slide, such as lengthening the length of the sizing section and the chamfered cone section, can effectively avoid the appearance of slub marks on the pipe fittings. At the same time, the reasons for the rolling defects formed by the lugs in the pipe rolling process are analyzed, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. Simulation can effectively predict and avoid defects.
